If you have forgotten your password

• Go to the portal login screen
• Click on Reset Your Password
• Enter your email in the forgot your password screen, and click send
• You will be sent an email, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password

If you know your password and would like to change it

• Log into the iVectorOne Portal
• Click on the Accounts section
• Within Accounts, select the account you want to reset the password for by clicking on the ellipsis on the top right hand side of the account name
• This launches the Edit Account screen, and the title will confirm the account you are editing
• Change the password to one that you want, and click Save.
• Password is updated
