There are some ways to use date fields that mean it's easier and quicker to enter and maintain dates without having to enter a full date with "/"s.
 
Here's some values you can put into a date field
 
t = today's date
-10 = today -10 days
+10 = today +10 days
1005 = 10th May this year
100524 = 10th May 2024
 
Tabbing out of the field validates your entry and changes it into a date as long as iVectorone can validate it
