When requesting production credentials from Hotelbeds, make sure to inform them that you are connecting via intuitive / iVectorOne, and they will set up your account accordingly.

If you don't mention this, they will think you are setting up an integration from scratch, and they will ask you to go through a supplier "technical" certification process (they still might ask to see your booking documentation, this is not generated via iVectorOne)

Intuitive have already completed the technical certification process, so you shouldn't need to go through this process with Hotelbeds if connecting via our platform.
