We store all of the booking logs by customer. The billing reporting uses these data.

Does iVectorOne support any other product types such as car hire or flights?
Not currently. It's hotel only. We'd be keen to expand this and include more of intuitive's connectivity in future releases so please register your interest for this via the helpdesk.
