There's a way to do this - if you select Callcentre, Add booking and then use the hotel search tool to search by destination and hotel, you can get some quick feedback on a result returning without having to test via iVectorOne. You can then use the Show Unavailable, and then keep drilling down until you see a reason for the result not returning
